Using state-of-the-art Halm equipment, we can print up to 4 colours on the face, reverse and flap of an envelope, with features such as halftones, duotones and heavy coverage washes due to UV dryer technology.

Mail Solutions is also one of few UK companies to hold a PPS (Postage Paid Symbol) licence, allowing us to overprint 1st or 2nd Class phosphorous registered postage paid impressions on your envelopes, giving them a prestigious feel and help increase response rates.

Choose between a stock item, a bespoke envelope made to measure, or even supply your own envelopes, as we can overprint a wide range of products, including;

  • Wallet Envelopes
  • Pocket Envelopes
  • Banker Envelopes
  • Mailing Envelopes
  • Commercial Envelopes
  • Business Envelopes
  • Matt Coated Envelopes
  • Recycled Envelopes and more.

Furthermore, with CTP installed within our Reprographics Studio, pre-press and printing plate production is fully automated; thus offering cost and time savings for clients, whilst ensuring the optimum printing plates are used during the overprinting process.

This production process is the ideal solution for top quality print, and very cost effective for small to medium volume requirements, with an average turnaround of 3-5 working days.
