At Mail Solutions, we are constantly seeking to improve our performance in the highly competitive lithograph printing markets in which we operate and we are currently looking to add to our sales team with a New Business Development Manager.

The ideal person will have proven sales experience. The role will be a predominantly homebased role, you won’t be limited to the market sectors you sell into. The chosen candidate will be knowledgeable of the Direct Mail sector with the desire to succeed.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated, hardworking individual to join our Employee Owned Company.

Main Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Self-motivated witht the ability to work independently
  • Sales experience within the print industry
  • Proven background of working towards sales targets and KPI's
  • Ability to sell to a variety of businesses and clients
  • Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, well organised, and have apositive attitude
  • Highlight key areas of growth and target new clients to continue to grow accounts
  • Sell the portfolio of our print solutions

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
