Danielle Burton - Customer Service Apprentice

Danielle is 19 and has just started with us at Mail Solutions as a Customer Service Apprentice. She is currently studying Level 2 Business Administration. Danielle studied at the Thomas Telford School and stayed on there for further studies at their sixth form. Danielle successfully completed both her GCSE’s and A-Levels in English Language, Business Studies and ICT along with Art and Design.

Danielle applied for the role as she was interested in applying for an apprenticeship. By looking at the Government (GOV) apprenticeship website, she was able to find an apprenticeship within her area of expertise such as business and ICT. “I have always taken an interest in applying for an apprenticeship, but was not aware of the opportunities that were available.”

Once Danielle has completed her apprenticeship, she hopes to continue working at Mail Solutions and progress her studies on to Level 3 of Business Administration. “I am hopeful to continue working within Mail Solutions, using and strengthening the skills I will have learned throughout the initial 12 month period. I am aware that you can progress onto Level 3, which I would definitely like to achieve within the foreseeable future.”
