The European Envelope Company joins Mail Solutions

Mail Solutions is delighted to announce that it has acquired the business of The European Envelope Company Ltd (EEC), which completed on 13 December 2024.

The deal enables the employee-owned Mail Solutions to build on its reputation for quality and excellence in the envelope manufacture and print markets, with an established footprint and globally recognised brand-name in the industry.

Andrew Welsh, EEC Sales Director, will be joining the staff of Mail Solutions and will continue to be the sales contact for EEC customers, minimising change for clients, and ensuring the transition will be as seamless as possible.
